About Us
My wife and I have been in property lettings in the UK for over 40 years! So feel we know a little about what are guests expect from us. We currently live in a Victorian property over looking a park in sunny Hull, East Yorkshire, England.
We bought a smaller villa in La Zenia about 18 years ago, so knew the area well. Our current villa which we purchased in 2008 is so much better. You know when you first walk into a place, you get that feeling, well this villa does that!
What makes our villa unique? apart from being spacious with a modern interior, we love how close it is to the Villamartin Plaza, don't have to think about drinking and driving. The Plaza is just fantastic so beautifully laid out no pictures seem to do it justice.

There are a mixture of terrace/bungalows and detached villas nicely spaced out, pleasant to walk round, all well maintained in a clean/well kept environment.
