1st  July - 30th August  2025 £1279 per week = £183 per night

1st Sept - 31st October 2025 £945 per week = £135 per night

1st November - 30th November 2025 £644 per week = £92 per night

£200 deposit will secure your dates with the balance 8 weeks before your holiday.

We ask for a £150 refundable damage deposit payable with your balance.

All guests must complete a travelers data form on or before arrival.

On payment of deposit I will send out full details of our agent, and directions to our villa.

Car hire available at competitive prices!

Our representative will meet you on arrival at the villa for hand over of keys and will advise on the local amenities and any other queries you may have.  Normal checkout is by 10.30am and arrival not before 2.00 pm although other times can be arranged subject to availability.

​

A clean/laundry charge of 140 euros is payable to our meet and greet person on arrival.

Emergency callout charge after 20.00 hours: 30 euros

Customer "Meet & Greet" after 22.00 hours: 30 euros

Rental customer to pay our agent 50 euros for replacement of lost keys
