Only 5 minutes walk from the lovely Villamartin Plaza where you will find many bars/restaurants and supermarket , 3 Championship Golf Courses on your door step. 45 minutes from Murcia (Corvera) airport, 45 minutes from Alicante airport. This is a area where there is plenty to do with beautiful blue flag beaches, water sports, go karting, safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. Nearby Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies also a Water Park in Quesada about 15 minutes drive away.
This area of the Costa Blanca or White Coast enjoys more than 2,800 hours of sunshine per year and maintains an average year round temperature of 24°C. The World Health Organization describes the area as having one of the 'healthiest climates in the world'. Year round warm temperatures and proximity of two salt lakes rich in minerals cause a drying

Designed by Paul Putman, this internationally renowned golf course is the most established of the golf courses in the area, Villamartin provides a great golfing challenge in beautiful scenery. Activities: Zenia Boulevard.....150 shops, parking for 5000 cars, also within the Shopping Mall there is a large Food Court occupied by the large fast food corporations. A 10 pin Bowling alley has also been incorporated within the Mall. This fantastic new Shopping Mall is just 5 minutes drive away from our Villa! You have to pass it to go down to the beach.
